Dino has been in enough rooms to know how to build a better one.
It started in Malmö, cutting NBA highlights off VHS before he knew it was a craft. Film school in California came later. Then editorial chairs in more countries than most careers touch.
By the time he founded Divisn in 2015, remote post wasn’t a workaround. It was the obvious design, a decade before the industry caught up.
He’s graded the brief, protected the cut from a hundred opinions, and caught the expensive problem while it was still cheap. The work should never be the weakest thing in the room.
